Singer/songwriter Nick Voss releases new single ‘Life on Games’

Las Vegas, NV – X Factor sensation Nick Voss is bursting back onto the scene with “Life on Games,” the new video and debut track from his upcoming EP Blame It on the Moon. A nod to the track’s gamer-culture inspired lyrics and pop-rock nostalgia, “Life on Games” follows the singer/songwriter’s digital avatar through a CGI world of beloved video game characters and settings, featuring art and direction from graphic artist Vladyslav Dubyk.

Voss describes “Life on Games,” the first of the Pop/Rock EP’s four tracks featuring eclectic throwback stylings produced by Colin Summers, as a carefree exploration of ambition, distraction, and illusory escape.

“It’s for all the gamers out there living in another reality and escaping the real world,” says the artist. “There can be a certain peace in that solitude, but we often cheat ourselves out of important experiences. It’s all about balance.”

Nick Voss gained international recognition from a breakout performance of Elvis Presley’s “Trouble” on The X Factor’s premiere season, earning unanimous praise from a panel led by Simon Cowell. Nick’s run in the competition was spotted by the creative team of Broadway’s smash hit The Million Dollar Quartet, landing him in the role of Elvis Presley in the show’s flagship production, in partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line. Nick has been featured on USA Network’s Burn Notice and on Nickelodeon’s Talia in the Kitchen and Every Witch Way.

“Life on Games” is independently produced and available on all major platforms. Its release is followed by the EP’s second track, “Blame It on the Moon,” premiering January 5, 2022.

Exposure is Key To Thwarting DC Amnesty Budget Plot

Democrats sneaking Amnesty for millions of illegals into reconciliation budget bill

Most Americans are unaware Congress is on the verge of passing a federal budget this week that contains unrelated green card Amnesty legislation for millions of illegal aliens.

The national organization ALIPAC advises that exposing this plot to the American public and getting them on the phones to Congress is key to defeating this Amnesty dirty trick.

Democrats in Congress are breaking the legislative rules by placing green card Amnesty for illegals and other unrelated or non-germane items into the budget to sneak radical agenda items into law, bypassing the 60 vote filibuster rule in the US Senate.

The filibuster rule in the US Senate is a time-honored rule designed to prevent any political group from making radical changes to American laws unless there is strong majority support above 60 votes. Budget bills only require 50 votes but are only supposed to be focused on budget items according to the rules of Congress.

The green card Amnesty being snuck into the budget bill is expected to give green cards to more than five million illegal immigrants who would, in turn, give Democrats millions of new voters bestowing full and permanent control of all national elections, branches of the federal government, and laws and policies of the United States.

“The key to defeating this budget bill Amnesty plot is exposure and rallying individual activists, groups, and members of the honest media to warn American citizens rapidly while encouraging them to express their opposition to congress by phone,” said William Gheen, spokesperson for ALIPAC.us “Any legislation passed in this covert way that violates the rules of Congress will be rightfully deemed illegitimate and unconstitutional by the American public when they find out.”

Radio Show host Mark Levin and GOP White House advisor Stephen Miller warned on Fox News on Sat. Aug 21, 2021 that…

“This is the most extreme, frankly most insane proposal I would argue in all of modern history. During the worst most devastating border crisis… during a pandemic… They (Democrats) are proposing to effectively eliminate the legislative filibuster by using an arcane budget process… to enact Amnesty for this nation’s illegal alien population.”

VIDEO: Levin & Miller Warn Democrat Amnesty for illegals in Budget will displace GOP voters https://youtu.be/_3mwC9GAnc8

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC has been leading the national fight against illegal immigration and Amnesty since 2004 and has played an an influential and sometimes decisive role in stopping legislation Amnesty in DC many times.

The organization has also played a key role in defeating state-level bills that tried to give Amnesty, licenses, and in-state tuition to illegals in more than 30 states.

The truth is that a large majority of Americans oppose any form of Amnesty for illegals, and any Amnesty legislation that passes will place America under totalitarian single-party rule while increasing the amount of costly and deadly illegal immigration into our nation.

To request interviews or for more information about how you can help stop the budget reconciliation Amnesty plot in DC, please visit www.ALIPAC.us.

King Anis Debut Single “It’s Alright”

Indonesian Singer, songwriter, and producer King Anis has just dropped his debut single “It’s Alright”.

The 21 year old, who’s based in Melbourne, Australia recorded his new single whilst finishing his studies. Now firmly grounded in Australia, King Anis has set to develop his music career from OZ.

“It’s Alright” is a fun and upbeat number which reflects the artist’s lifestyle of glamorous fashion, expensive foods, drinks and being pampered by butlers and bodyguards.

Not shy to boast about his good fortune, King Anis uses this song and music video to represent his self-love, confidence, and free-spirit. This is highlighted in his music video by wearing Versace set robes and a crown box; which shows the combination of fun and classy style, and also reinforces that single life image.

King Anis

Using ‘King’ as his alter ego, “It’s Alright” includes lyrics such as “Money Fix My Problem, No Wife, No Kids No Problem”, and is designed to be the anthem for single people.

“I want to create an anthem for MYSELF and other people who feel lonely during their single life” – King Anis

The song itself includes some modern pop elements not dissimilar to the likes of Bruno Mars etc, with a catchy feel to it. The video is also well produced, and compliments the song really well. In a slightly tongue-in-cheek feel, the overall message King Anis wants to convey with “It’s Alright”, is to be happy, proud, and enjoy single life. He also explains that anything is possible if one works hard, and you can achieve wealth and success by yourself without a wife/girlfriend/partner.

King Anis is from a wealthy Indonesian family who run a successful business. His friends and peers expected him to naturally follow his family footsteps, but in a shock turn he’s set his sights on his music career.

Listen on Spotify.

Expedia Group May Travel Outlook

With nearly 30% of Americans fully vaccinated, a surplus of unused PTO, and restrictions lifting in many destinations, even some of the most hesitant travelers are about ready to pack their bags. Soon, the days of empty airports will be a distant memory, but our summer vacations may still look different than what we were accustomed to pre-pandemic, and rightfully so.

Expedia Group surveyed 2,200 Americans in partnership with Morning Consult in May 2021 to gauge how many people are prepared to take a well-deserved break from work, explore, and reconnect with loved ones — and whether recent industry news has impacted their plans. Here’s what we found.

1. Summer travel is hot.

  • In the next six months, 64% of people plan to travel for fun.
  • Fifty-seven percent of plan to take a trip on Memorial Day, or at some point over the summer.

2. For the first time in nearly a year, Seniors are traveling more than younger generations.

  • Among all generations, Millennials (69%) are traveling the most, but Boomers (66%) are a close second — higher than both Gen X (64%) and Gen Z (51%). This is a significant shift; likely emboldened by the vaccine rollout, Seniors are ready to get back out there.
  • Sixty percent of Seniors will take a vacation during the summer months.

3. Business travel is starting to make a comeback.

  • While corporate travel is nowhere near pre-COVID levels, 25% of those surveyed plan to travel for work in the next six months. Of those corporate travelers, 10% will make their trip “bleisure” style, blending work and pleasure.
  • On average, business travelers will embark on roughly four work trips by November 2021.

4. Americans are now considering a trip overseas.

  • This month, the EU announced that vaccinated Americans will soon be able to head to Europe, and a quarter of people booked or started planning an international getaway after hearing the news. Gen Z (31%) and Millennials (30%) are equally comfortable with the idea.
  • Despite news of new COVID-19 variants, Gen Z (46%) and Millennials (43%) remain most confident about international travel compared to Gen X (24%) and Boomers (16%).

5. Travelers are uncertain about vaccine passports at this stage.

  • Nearly half (46%) are in favor of vaccine passports — but the greater majority feel differently. Twenty-nine percent are opposed to vaccine passports, while 24% are undecided.
  • Interestingly, Americans who have traveled since the pandemic (35%) are more likely to be opposed to vaccine passports compared to those that have not traveled since the pandemic (25%).

The OTS Foundation for Neolithic Studies announces new educational presentation to celebrate the Equinox

March 20th is the Spring Equinox, where the earth’s equator is the closest part to the sun – historically this marks the first day of the season.

Early civilizations used the equinoxes along with the solstices to divide the year up. Traditional gatherings take place across the world at key locations. In the UK Stonehenge is the famous meeting point, where people watch dawn break with celebrations. Stonehenge has acted like a giant sundial for over 4000 years tracking the passage of the year. A less-known older site is featured in the presentation.

With the Equinox now upon us, this is the perfect time to announce a new free presentation for youngsters at www.otsf.org/tellingtime – a classroom tool for teachers to remotely teach their students how ancient civilizations used monuments like the Stonehenge to track time.

The OTS Foundation for Neolithic Studies (a USA non-profit 501c3) is working to build a program of educational outreach that will culminate in a video series. They have built a studio and started a plan, but are seeking help to do this at the level it deserves.

They’re applying 30 years of working with educators, archaeologists, anthropologists, art historians, architects, engineers and more specialists to fill a gap in the understanding of human development. They have recently outfitted a studio/set in Myakka City, FL for the purpose of producing educational outreach about prehistory, the oldest buildings on earth and the launch of civilization.

A spokesperson from The OTS Foundation for Neolithic Studies (www.OTSF.org) said:

We know from long experience that effectively representing a pivotal time before anything in history had happened requires an inventive approach to education. Why? Because the people who changed the earth forever did not think as we think; aspects of this scenario are as abstract as a Neolithic artifact“.

Expanding from their basic presentations the OTSF goals is to collaborate with the best possible minds to produce content of the highest quality, and to relay this in an exciting educational manner. It’s a subject they feel has been under the American educational radar, and something from which valuable lessons can be re-learned.

Anyone interested in collaborating for this new educational project can contact Matthew Paulson at: info@otsf.org.
