A fledgling law firm specializing in criminal defense in Arkansas has just launched a new website. Little Rock Defense has been in existence for a little over a week now, and its two owners couldn't be more happy. Representing clients charged with probation violation, DUI, drug offenses and weapons charges, Little Rock Defense is a criminal law firm with two experienced attorneys at the helm.
The law firm was founded in 2018, and each of the senior partners had their own individual websites, which are no defunct. "Starting a new firm together, we really hit the ground running. Our caseloads were both constantly full, and we kept putting off the creation of this new website. We finally buckled down, and we are really pleased with what we have. We feel that the written content we have created gives the user all the information they need to move forward when they need to make a decision."
There are also plans for videos among numerous platforms like YouTube, and the potential of a podcast as well. The podcast would take messages and calls regarding pending cases, and the lawyers would give their best advice and counsel on the matter, free of charge. The firm is committed to releasing a constant stream of quality content, both to inform and to ideally attract business.
During the Corona Virus outbreak, things have both changed and stayed the same in the criminal justice system. While face masks are essential and required and other measures are being taken like everyone's temperature being taken, the virus has not slowed the wheels of justice. Continuances are often granted for those who test positive and require quarantine, but a continuance only postpones the eventual outcome.
In Pulaski County, things are expected to continue as usual, regardless of the severity of the new outbreak and what lies ahead. Unlike in other areas of the country, crime and arrests are down in the Little Rock area over the summer and as a result, the court docket is not as robust as commonly is in the months of June and July.
