US property market is showing encouraging signs despite virus

The sector is holding up better than many experts predicted.

Several media outlets, such as publications Orange County Reviewer and Curbed, recently reported that demand for both housing and mortgages has grown by 9% in California over the last two weeks, despite the virus-hit economy and quarantine.  Another positive sign is that more houses are also being put up for sale in the state.

While there’s still plenty of reason to be pessimistic about the real estate market,  this growth is an encouraging sign for both US and international investors; it may suggest that as soon as services in the sector return to normal after quarantine is lifted, the market could recover sooner than expected.

US Threatens To Break All Relations With China

Highlights:

  • Will withdraw money put in American pension fund
  • Companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange will be tightened

The United States has been blaming China for the spread of the coronavirus throughout the world. For some time, there has been pressure on the US President to take action against China. In such a situation, talking to a news channel on Thursday, President Donald Trump said that we can break all relations with China. He said, 'We can do a lot, we can end all the relations with them.'

Trump said that in China we had invested billions of dollars in the American Pension Fund, that money has now been withdrawn. Many more similar actions are being taken. A journalist asked him that companies like Alibaba Group were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. But they are not reporting their earnings like American companies. In response to this question, Trump said, "We are watching this matter very strictly."

At the same time, in response to another question, Trump said, "I do not want to have any talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the moment. I have a very good relationship with him but ... I don't want to talk to him right now.

He also said that he is deeply saddened by China's inaction in Corona's case. Apparently, 300,000 people have died due to this epidemic in the world. 80,000 people alone have died in America. Because of this, in the last few weeks, there has been pressure on the US President to take action against China. Many experts believe that China's inaction was the main reason for the spread of corona from Wuhan to the whole world.

At the same time, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said that China, from where this disease has spread, is not giving any information about it so that the world can fight against Covid-19 firmly. Not only this, but Pompeo has also accused China of stealing American research related to Covid-19. The Foreign Minister has condemned this act of China as well as asked to stop such activities.

Wellness Innovation Labs, a research and development center helping to bring medical device prototypes to market, has released their newest project on
Kickstarter
. Go. C is a personal and wearable hand sanitizer. In light of the growing COVID-19 pandemic, this eco-friendly, convenient, and minimalist product is built with the customer in mind.

Go. C arrives at a time of high demand. Most customers looking to buy small and portable hand sanitizing bottles are finding that these products are unavailable or sold far above the market value. C hopes to not only offer a suitable product to fill this growing demand but also provide one that is affordable and friendly to the environment.

“In connection with the global outbreak of COVID-19 disease, all efforts at this time are focused on lessening the spread of this virus, therefore there is an urgent need for the constant use of antiseptic agents to minimize the risk of infecting.” Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, Wellness & Innovations Labs recognizes that hand sanitizer has become more crucial and more important than ever for the public to keep on-hand. Not having a sanitizer with you when you are out in public threatens the health of you and those around you. Go. C provides customers a convenient and eco-friendly option to keep themselves and their surroundings safe.

Because Go. C is funded completely through backer support, it is essential that customers back this project and pledge their support before the project deadline. For a list of benefits, pledge tiers and rewards, and more information, please visit the Go. C Kickstarter page here.
