SGS keeps stakeholders up to date with French endocrine disruptor regulations

SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, has published SafeGuardS 139.23 to provide stakeholders with an overview of France’s latest move to regulate endocrine disruptors.

Article 13-II of the Decree No. 2020-105 on the ‘Fight Against Waste and the Circular Economy’ requires manufacturers and suppliers of products for French markets to disclose the presence of endocrine disruptors (ED).
