Spokane, WA - USA | April 03, 2022 -- From an early age, the Spokane, Washington native, Jae Cleo knew that music was his true love. His parents often found him listening to the same music influence they did and because of that influence Jae Cleo picked up the guitar and began his personal rehearsal time at home. It was then he really developed the capacity to learn music from both an instrumental and vocal standpoint. Jae Cleo’s commitment to his music became more of a passion rather than a pastime.

Produced by Marco B and written by Courtlin Jabrae, Contagious has bass line that is infectious, with raspy voice letting his leading last know that she’s “Contagious”

Jae Cleo is currently finishing up an 8 song EP Executive Produced by LeWayne Battle of Bully Park Records and his executive producer Kimberly Buck. With music videos in the works. He has collaborated with several accomplished producers, musicians and engineers and continues to produce music.

Jae Cleo signed a management deal with Underground Hits Production who’s current roster includes GENE$I$ MORIAH, Ye Ali, The TrackKillers, Kristina Danielle, Scales, and Sheldon Body Jr. He has been focusing on this musical project that is sure to secure him a spot as a new-age, urban pop, game changer. His musical influence includes music legends ranging from Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake,, John Lennon, and Bruno Mars all of which he credits for helping him discover his vocal path. Located in the affluent English Mayfair block, along Conduit Street specifically, is the posh and extravagantly designed Sketch. If you do a quick search of Sketch restaurant reviews, you’d immediately know one of its strongest selling points: It’s awarded three Michelin stars. Created by restaurateur Mourad Mazouz, it’s also the only restaurant in the whole United Kingdom to ever get a taste of Pierre Gagnaire’s adventurous menu.

In case you aren’t aware of it, Gagnaire is a Parisian chef whose flagship restaurant in the French city also has enviable three Michelin stars. As he now runs various restaurants across the globe, Sketch has been entrusted to chef Johannes Nuding, who served as the head chef of Gagnaire’s Moscow restaurant.

Here’s a quick review of Sketch’s popular menu and aesthetic is indeed worth the splurge.

Food For People With Adventurous Palate

This flamboyant building houses a casual restaurant and a bar on the ground floor. Upstairs is its flagship restaurant that earned Sketch its coveted Michelin stars — the Sketch Lecture Room and Library.

They have full a la carte and epic eight-course tasting menus, filled with unique dishes for meat and seafood lovers and vegetarians alike. In addition to these, they also offer the more budget-friendly Gourmet Rapide set lunch on weekends. They host dinners from Wednesdays to Saturdays.

Like the restaurant’s elaborate interior elements, its menu also features subheadings that will pique your attention (for instance, "Sea Garden").

But beyond what’s written on their menus, they serve dishes that do excite especially those who have an adventurous palate.

One of the things that they’re most popular for is the langoustine five-way starter. They also have an indulgent grand dessert, which features beautifully prepared and equally tasty miniature delicacies (including a small tall bowl of peach and vanilla cream with blackcurrant at the bottom). Another exotic offering off their menu is the green pepper ice cream — which features a coconut cream underneath for a fantastically sweet surprise.

If you read sketch restaurant reviews, you’ll be more familiar with how many of their patronisers wish that their portions could have been more generous. Nonetheless, this is well compensated by the quality and taste of the dishes themselves.
